Opening Times

Visitors are welcome at Coach Lane Library for reference-only access to the collection. Colleagues in Ask4Help can provide you with a temporary visitor pass valid for up to one week and you will need to show this card and sign in at the Ask4Help desk on each visit. You will need to show two forms of official ID, one with your current address and one form of photographic ID. Normal term-time hours for Coach Lane Campus Library are:
09:00 – 20:00, Monday – Friday
09:00 – 17:00, Saturday and Sunday

Visitor access is usually available between 9am and 8pm, but is restricted during exam and vacation periods so please check the Library opening hours before making a special visit.

About our Service

Access Policy

Clinical NHS Staff can apply for associated membership, providing NHS photo ID and a current pay slip (within 6 months).

Visitors can obtain reference-only access the Library by showing 2 forms of ID, including photographic ID and proof of address.
