Access Policy

All Northamptonshire Healthcare and Northampton General Hospital staff and associated students in Northamptonshire. Others: reference access by agreement. Subscription membership also available.

Member of the East Midlands NHS Library Access Scheme.

Collection and Service Information

All clinical specialties with the exception of mental health and learning disabilities.

Stock in medicine, nursing and allied health as well as healthcare management and related subject areas, back runs of journal titles, postgraduate MCQ and study aids, audio-visual resources including DVDs.

Electronic journals, databases and books also available.

Leisure collection of fiction and non-fiction books to support staff wellbeing.

Located on the ground floor. Wheelchair users can ring on arrival if they need help opening the doors to the William Kerr Building. Once inside the library is fully accessible.
