Mon - Fri: 9:00 – 17:00 (staffed),
24 hour access is available.
A self-service kiosk is available for users to loan, renew and return books both during and outside staffed hours.

About our Service

Access Policy

All 3 libraries within the service are open to BCUHB staff, wherever they are based, and to GPs and medical and healthcare students on placement.
Please contact the library for further information on services available for external user groups.

Collection and Service Information

Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, Psychiatry

Print book collection of around 16,000 items, as well as electronic journals and books.
Computer Rooms (24 PCs), Quiet Study Room, Study Area, Wellbeing Area, Teaching Room with interactive touchscreen, Self-service Kiosk for 24 hour borrowing, access to Wi-Fi.
